General Services Administration — Office of Small & Disadvantaged Business Utilization

Office of Small Business · GSA

Notes

R-39 (2026-08-16): GSA RENAMED the office from 'Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization' to 'Office of Small Business' and RETIRED the old page. The previous URL (/about-us/organization/office-of-small-and-disadvantaged-business-utilization) returned 301 then 404, redirecting into GSA's own /sandbox/offline-pages/ tree marked 'can be deleted after Nov 15 2026' — nothing under that path may be used as a destination, it is a tombstone with a deletion date on it. Replacement https://www.gsa.gov/small-business verified HTTP 200 on 2026-08-16, with sba.gov as a passing control in the same run. GSA's national page still publishes no director/email; it directs users to a regional 'find a Small Business Utilization contact' directory and a general line (1-888-353-5383). Regional contacts exist (e.g., National Capital osdbu-zone1@gsa.gov).
