A “UEI” is one registered entity — its UEI with the NAICS codes, certifications and past performance attached. Count the entities you bid under: your own, any joint ventures, and any clients you consult for. Team seats (multiple people logging in) are part of Diamond.

Federal Position Report
An analyst report on your own company, read out of the federal award record:
every prime award on file, which offices actually buy from you, what you have quietly lost, and
what is coming up for recompete. Prepared and checked by hand.
Where you stand
Your registrations, every prime award, and the agencies and offices that buy from you — ranked by obligated dollars.
What you have lost
Offices that used to buy from you and stopped, and who holds that work now.
What is ending next
Contracts in your space finishing inside 24 months, and which you are positioned to bid.
Full report, all sections and appendices
Delivered within 2 business days
Why this is hard to reproduce. No public source connects a joint venture to the firms behind it. A company that bids through JVs sees only a fraction of its own federal position in any tool it can buy — the rest sits under names the search box will never return. Putting the full picture together takes what the company knows about itself and 4.9 million award records. That combination is why this report exists.
What it is. A position analysis, not a bid plan. It tells you where you have been, where you stand now and where you have opportunity — at portfolio level, with named contracting offices and named competitors. It does not write capture strategy and it does not recommend which bids to pursue.
Every report is generated from the federal award record and then hand-checked by a founder before it ships. Figures the record cannot support are removed rather than qualified, and anything unusual is verified against the source before you see it. That review is why it takes 2 business days.

Common Questions
What's the difference between Free and Bronze?
Free shows you the opportunity facts — agency, NAICS, contract value, dates, scope summary. Bronze at $79/mo unlocks the actual decision: Bid/No Bid verdict, win probability score, and scoring reasoning. Think of Free as "see what this opportunity is" and Bronze as "decide if I should pursue it."
Why does only Bronze have a trial?
Bronze is the try-it tier — the 14-day trial lets you see the verdict on real opportunities before committing. Silver and Gold are for BD professionals who already know they need the tool. Every paid tier can be canceled anytime with one click from Account Settings.
Are there any analysis limits?
Yes — a daily limit, and here are the numbers: Free 30, Bronze 50, Silver 100, Gold 400 analyses per day. They reset daily, they are not credits, and they do not roll over. Most users never reach them — Gold's 400 is more than a full-time capture team runs in a day — but the limit is real and you will see a message rather than a silent failure if you hit it. Diamond's limit is scoped during consultation.
How does opportunity matching work?
Set up your company profile with your NAICS codes and certifications. Awardly matches SAM.gov opportunities to your codes and set-asides — from a mirror refreshed at least twice a day — and surfaces them for analysis. The more complete your profile, the more accurate the matching.
What solicitation types does Awardly analyze?
Any publicly posted solicitation — RFPs, RFQs, IFBs, Sources Sought, IDIQ, BPA, SOQs, and more. Paste text directly (any tier), upload PDF or Word files (Gold+), or fetch from a SAM.gov or procurement portal URL (any tier).
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime with one click from Account Settings inside the app. Bronze includes a 14-day trial — cancel before day 15 and you're never charged. For other tiers, cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees, no support tickets required.
What is USASpending enrichment?
Every Silver+ analysis is enriched from our mirror of USASpending.gov — the federal government's public spending database. This includes incumbent contract history, what agencies have paid for similar work, average contract values, and award timelines. The platforms charge annually, per seat, with a contract. Edge is one report.
Is my data secure?
Awardly processes only publicly posted solicitations. Your company profile — and, on Silver and above, your synced pipeline — is stored securely on Cloudflare's enterprise infrastructure; on Free and Bronze the pipeline stays in your browser. Do not submit documents containing CUI or non-public information. See our policy page for full details.
Which plans include AI proposal drafting?
The Proposal Suite — AI Proposal Drafting, the Document Builder, and a cover page on export — is included with Gold. It drafts your technical, management, and past-performance sections from the solicitation and your company profile; you review, edit, and verify. Diamond adds the option to run analysis on your own AI endpoint, scoped during consultation.
One thing to know before you buy it for this purpose: AI-drafted text can carry an invisible watermark that persists through copying and can survive some editing. Some solicitations restrict or prohibit AI-generated content, and you sign the certification — so check the solicitation terms, and any certification, before submitting.
Does Diamond really include proposal assistance?
Diamond is our custom team tier for GovCon teams of 2+. It includes everything in Gold — the full Proposal Suite included — plus a multi-user team workspace, shared pipelines & captures, role-based permissions, white-glove onboarding, dedicated support, and bespoke integrations. Running Awardly’s AI on your own endpoint — for teams with CUI or CMMC obligations — is scoped during consultation: today your analysis runs client-direct to your own Google Gemini key, and we’ll assess other providers against your requirements.
